Sadly it appears wobbly - notice the gouge at the bottom of the sled (at 8:32) after the initial cut.

im about to make something like this and it looks great but . . . . . i dont see the point of adding stop blocks at each end this will only decrease the cutting so i shall leave mine open so i can begin the cut earlier and finnish later

Lukas - Really impressive. As a (newer) woodworker, I’ve spent considerable hours viewing different channels but I find myself coming back here often. I’m witness to a craftsman who really enjoys his craft. And your presentations here are also excellent. My new 7491 is still on its stand waiting patiently for the publication of your plans that accompany this terrific table saw table project. Can’t wait!!!!

Издевательство над фрезой ласточкин хвост... Сперва пазовой фрезой надо пройстись, а уже потом ласточкой. Я бы так не издевался бы над фрезой, дорогой фрезой

Is this jig for multiple size router bits, or just that size in the video?

Question:? you draw a line completely over the entire surface , and then you use a fence on the table saw to cut that piece of wood Why do you need that line ? isn't it just measuring the distance of the fence to the blade and saw it off ?

Thanks, Great Plan! The only problem I ran into was that after I put it all together and tried it out, the darn thing vibrated horrendously. I've tried putting foam rubber between the jigsaw shoe and the table surface, and I added rubber feet to each of the table legs. It still vibrates quite a bit. Any ideas on how to reduce that?
